This position will oversee the Department's Community Resource and Children's Behavioral Health staff associated with the System of Care Phase I (Family Care Community Partnership) and Phase II (Family Care Networks) through which services are delivered to children, youth and families using model of networked evidence-based services by providing the administrative and clinical oversight to those programs as a means to effectively address the needs of children requiring services because of abuse, neglect, dependancy and/or behavioral health issues. Additionally, the position will support health, education and other support functions. The position requires an innovative person with strong leadership skills and experience with evidence based practice. Preference will be given to someone with strong clinical skills as well as proven experience facilitating a system change in child welfare and/or behavioral health, and other related duties as required.

Education: Graduation from a college of recognized standing and possession of a Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or in a closely related human service field; and
Experience: Considerable employment in a responsible administrative and/or supervisory position involving responsibility for planning, developing, implementing and evaluating institutional or community based children's mental health, health, educational or human service programs, or any combination of education and experience that shall be substantially equivalent to the above education and experience.
